Personal Training Packages
BASIC TRAINING - Total-BodyAll of the personal training packages include nutrition a plan that is monitored. This plan will assess the caloric intake required each day for your goal, but will also grade your food selection for your personal nutrition requirements. Your Personal Trainer will also take measurements and test your body fat on a regular basis. Most importantly, your Personal Trainer will design a customized workout plan and take you through it step-by-step. You will develop good posture, good form while exercising and a good understanding of how to get the best results from every workout. ADVANCED TRAINING - Total-BodyAdvanced training builds on the skills and fitness gained from Basic Training. Advanced training adds even more intensity and energy to your personal training sessions, and brings a new energy to your workouts as well as increased results! Both Basic Training and Advanced Training are the same per person per hour:

Couples or Group TRAINING - Total-BodySmall groups (3+), with similar goals and fitness levels, one-hour training sessions.Group or partner training is a great way for couples or friends to workout together and push one another. This package allows for the duo to get in shape together. Workout with a friend, relative, or loved one. Team training is a great way to try out our personal training program. The workouts are motivating, fun and get results. Sometimes the most important step you can take to reach your goals is to get the right help. My personal training clients are amazed by how quickly they accomplish goals, lose weight, add muscle and just get fitter working with a personal trainer. Many of our clients see improvements in fitness they have struggled to make for years, are accomplished quickly with a personal trainer.
